Rebecca is an amazingly driven person. She is able to understand the high level goals of project and translate those into technical requirements which are often overlooked in smaller organizations. While her role as a developer at Circle Tree put in her in the position of sole contributor, her rapport with the team and her no non-sense work ethic often made her the silent leader of her group. I would jump at the chance to include Rebecca on project and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
