      After an organisational rebrand and merge of several digital agencies my role has been focused on reviewing, designing, centralizing and implementing key improvements to our employee’s complete life cycle. This covers all key milestones in the employee lifecycle from initial engagement, offer, contract management, onboarding, induction, probation, performance and offboarding process. My initial focus has been on the first 6-month onboarding period from hire through to completion of probation. Recognizing and refining these pivotal milestones during an employee’s introduction to the business allows us to positively influence attrition, enhance engagement and strengthen culture. Another key initiative has been to assess and audit our pre-employment and Visa policies and procedures. This has involved undertaking collation and cleansing of data, introduction of new guidelines and redraft and roll out of improved policy. These key measures and controls pertaining to pre-employment background checks and Visas have been designed to simplify, reduce confusion and protect the business.
