As part of my degree, I completed a 6 month internship with this company. Brook Food Services is a 100% Irish-owned catering company serving both corporate and private clients nationwide. My role as Sales and Marketing Assistant entailed shadowing the Marketing Manager and learning about the marketing strategies employed by the business. This included managing the social media and writing blog posts for the website as well as creating internal, external and health & wellbeing newsletters. I was also responsible for the monthly Taste the World and Health & Wellbeing Initiatives across the sites which included sending out packs full of flags, posters and table talkers which I had designed each month.
