I've had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Rebecca since she joined the Communications team at Shallowford Presbyterian Church. In that time, I've seen her continue to grow and mature into a creative, energetic, progressive and team oriented leader. She's a team player and and is committed to the organization's goals. Rebecca stepped up her game when COVID hit and helped guide our communications and digital outreach to keep our congregation and friends informed and involved.

I happened to be at an event with Rebecca Porter before I hired her; we were both helping behind the scenes. She impressed me with her work ethic and determination to go above and beyond in helping everyone there. In her position at Phi Mu, Rebeccca elevated our social media content and use of analytics, paid extremely close attention to detail when writing/editing documents, and was a role model for the entire staff with her willingness to help other departments with projects. She cares deeply about her work and is an advocate for positive change.
