Bay Area Animal Rescue Center and Sanctuary is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats whose owners have passed away, gone to hospice care, become homeless, or are no longer physically able to care for their pets and have no relatives willing to take care of the animals. While we work to fund our permanent facility, we are focusing on our fostering network for displaced pets. We are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
