Finding a legitimately strong developer, who understands IT Business processes and is also able to expertly communicate with people of every skill level is hard to find (a unicorn). Rebecca, is that person. Rebecca is an expert listener and collaborator when gathering requirements from customers and impressively documents them. While working with her she also stepped-up multiple times to demonstrate her architectural design skills as a solution architect. But the development work produced by Rebecca matches that of the best in our trade. And, she's actively involved and always there to support her peers. Countless times, our developers reached out to her for help and she'd always deliver the help they needed and she'd do it with a smile.
