As a member of the faculty at the University of Southern Maine, I design and teach interdisciplinary and writing-intensive seminars for the Honors Program and the English department. As Honors Program Director, I oversee all operations including recruitment, retention, program growth and assessment. I created a comprehensive Honors Study Abroad Program, which is designed to engage with university and community partners in the North Atlantic region. I serve on a variety of committees, advise Honors students, direct the Honors Leadership Development Scholarship and Peer Mentor Program. I manage the Honors Living and Learning Community, and oversee USM's "Thinking Matters," a regional annual research conference. Show less
