Working in Malaysia’s leading international British school, shortlisted for TES International school of the Year 2015 as teacher and Year 1 leader. I have worked closely as part of a team to provide outstanding teaching and enabling outstanding learning for the children in our care. Alongside this I have lead whole school initiatives on assessment and reporting, and lead training at whole school and multi school INSETS. I felt it vitally important I further this experience and work in a range of year groups and children, therefore supply work is currently providing me with this fantastic opportunity, and we are due to leaving Malaysia in the foreseeable future.

    • KS1 Phase Leader, PSHE Co-ordinator and Y2 Teacher
      • Sep 2012 - Jul 2014

Working in an inner London school provided me with numerous challenges and experiences. With over 85% of children in the school having English as an additional language, high percentages of Free School Meals, and a variety of cultural backgrounds to cater for. I underwent an OFSTED inspection and was graded as outstanding. Working in an inner London school provided me with numerous challenges and experiences.
