  Working in Malaysia’s leading international British school, shortlisted for TES International school of the Year 2015 as teacher and Year 1 leader. I have worked closely as part of a team to provide outstanding teaching and enabling outstanding learning for the children in our care. Alongside this I have lead whole school initiatives on assessment and reporting, and lead training at whole school and multi school INSETS. I felt it vitally important I further this experience and work in a range of year groups and children, therefore supply work is currently providing me with this fantastic opportunity, and we are due to leaving Malaysia in the foreseeable future.

  Working in an inner London school provided me with numerous challenges and experiences. With over 85% of children in the school having English as an additional language, high percentages of Free School Meals, and a variety of cultural backgrounds to cater for.
