  We provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families who are experiencing a wide variety of psychological and interpersonal difficulties.Special areas of interest include anxiety depression trauma, relationship difficulties problems related to identity and self-esteem, including issues pertinent to LGBTQ individuals. We also have expertise in parenting as well as issues specific to children and adolescents, such as: behavioural problems anxiety coping with the effects of parental conflict and divorce school refusal. In addition, we provide performance enhancement coaching for individuals, groups and teams; adolescents and adults. Lastly, we provide psychoeducational assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults to address difficulties relating to school and learning, classroom behavioural problems, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
