  Black House Cook School started when we had a Butcher shop just north of Auckland and many customers asked how to cook meat, what ideas and inspiration could we share. We started the classes for customers who wanted to learn more about meat cuts, fresh ideas and to inspire. We then extended it to doing Ladies Lunches for groups of girls who wanted to learn new recipes and spend an afternoon with the girls with a wine in hand, BBQ 101 for those men in our lives who always turn the sausages to charcoal and how Meat 101, to break down a side of beef, pork or lamb & much more. We still run the classes for Groups, Team Building and Fit the classes to suit the people. These classes are hosted in beautiful surrounds, a relaxed ambience, gorgeous interiors and are lots of fun as well as informative and fabulous food to eat once cooked. Show less
