I worked at LANWorx for summer experience and learnt a fantastic amount about computer systems. Upon completion of my experience I was able to successfully remove viruses and malicious malware, build new computers to client requirements, change cluster sizes on servers and answer client queries during call outs. For a brief period I covered the 'Help Desk' position and was the first line of communication for the company. This required effective communication, time management and excellent reporting skills.
