The most telling thing is that I genuinely find it hard to pick out Rebecca's best quality and most important attribute to us as an organisations! She really offered us a fully rounded skillset with great initiative and a seamless, efficient approach to every task we gave her. I have worked with Rebecca since January 2022, she joined Tramshed to produce a short festival for emerging artists in a quick turnaround. We quickly realised she would be able to deliver our marketing function brilliantly for an interim period as we advertised for a new manager. We then extended her contract to event manage our outdoor summer family festivals. She is a gem, everyone in the team has loved working alongside her. Rebecca works with others and autonomously equally well. Her attention to detail is great - whilst being people-centred, not always easy! Smooth processes, generous with ideas and delivery; I would employ Rebecca again in a second on any creative programme knowing she would improve it and our organisation every working day.
