I manage the UK entry level recruitment programme consisting of our general consultant track (CCG) and our Specialist groups (including Technical specialists and quantitative analysts). This role reports to the EMEA Director of Entry Level Recruitment and Talent Management. I was promoted in role to Senior Entry Level Recruitment Manager in January 2021. Responsibilities for this role include:• Managing the end to end recruitment process for all entry level consultants and interns into the firm: Managing the CV Screening process and shortlisting candidates to interview; Overseeing the interview process, including the coordination of the interview days interviews and running the calibration sessions after each interview day; Coordinating feedback and the offer process; Overseeing the management of communications and “sell” process with candidates• Managing the Summer internship, including organising the induction, assigning career advisors and mentors, reviewing and collating feedback from project teams and managing the calibration process to determine the entry-level offers• Working closely with the UK Recruitment Partner to develop and execute the recruitment priorities for each year• Represented EMEA Entry Level Recruitment in the GDPR taskforce• Overseeing all diversity initiatives and working closely with the internal employee groups to ensure that all aspects of diversity are promoted in our marketing strategy• Instrumental in the establishing diversity partnerships in entry level recruitment• Responsible for drafting and maintaining the annual Graduate recruiting budget for the UK• Managing the creation, organisation and delivery of campus marketing strategy• Line management responsibility for the two Recruitment Coordinators in the UK

This position focused primarily on developing and delivering our selection and assessment processes and strategy, as well as developing and running campus activities and assisting with the open days and internships. I am responsible for the management of the graduate recruitment and marketing process. I currently report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. I work closely alongside the Graduate Development Lead. The firm recruit 30 Trainees per annum over 2 intakes and currently have 78 Trainees. These responsibilities include: • Producing and completing the graduate marketing strategy. I then wrote all publication entries for the Firm. • Updating the Firm’s website in line with the current combination. • Assisting in the production of the graduate magazine • Co-ordinating the Summer vacation scheme, including allocating departments, supervisors, organising departmental presentations, arranging social activities and running the assessment programme. I then facilitated the review meeting at the end of the programme to determine which candidates were successful and informing students of the outcome. • Following the departure of the development lead, I assisted with the seat moving and qualification process. • Supported by a Recruitment administrator, who I delegate tasks to on a daily basis.
