I had the opportunity to work alongside Rebecca for a couple of years. She has been, without a doubt, one of the most impactful leader’s I’ve had in my career. Rebecca is extremely ethical, respectful and above all, empathetic. Her ability to care for people while driving value in the business is amazing. Although being very knowledgeable, she always empowered us to think outside of the box, make our own decisions and was always open to feedback and new ideas.

Steven A. Swint, PHR.

It is an honor to be able to recommend Rebecca! Any company that is lucky enough to have her on their team will quickly realize what a great decision they have made. Rebecca is one what leads her team with the highest ethical standards. She not believes, but really does create a "Business Partner" relationship with those who lead the organization. Her skillset and knowledge is one that goes unmatched, and I have personally seen her transform not just HR, but other business functions as well. Rebecca is one that leads with respect, empathy and a strength that is needed in todays ever changing and challenging environments.

As CAO, I was accountable for directing the administrative, operational, and HR functions of the organization; developing key policies to optimize day-to-day performance, drive administrative efficiencies, foster an engaged and productive workforce, strengthen accountability, enhance regulatory compliance, improve employee retention, and remove bottlenecks in business operations. Among my accomplishments, I have: ➥ Led and managed cross-functional HR, IT, Health and Safety, and Security teams. ➥ Optimized key administrative and HR functions, including: talent acquisition and retention, talent management, professional development, workplace culture optimization, risk management, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, change management, and corporate communications, among others. ➥ Drove a 75% reduction in the number of open positions from January to December 2020 despite continued organizational growth. ➥ Overhauled the recruitment team to maximize hiring potential. ➥ Mapped out recruitment processes, identifying and remediating significant compliance gaps. ➥ Facilitated a significant improvement to key people metrics throughout 2020, including a 42% increase in headcount and a 29.2% reduction in annual turnover. ➥ Avoided $900K+ in benefit costs by emphasizing full and open competition of all lines of coverage, switching benefit brokers, expanding service offerings, and closing compliance gaps to generate cost savings of $91K. ➥ Facilitated the seamless relocation and consolidation of the Albuquerque HR office to the new corporate HQ in Scottsdale with zero business disruptions. ➥ Facilitated the completion of DoD-mandated CUI training across the organization for 95% of stakeholders. ➥ Participated in board meetings to shape strategy as key member of the executive team.
