  During this role for Benefit Cosmetics I would be working within both Sales and Services. The main component about this job is being approachable and being able to talk to all types of customers to help them. I particularly enjoy interacting with the customers to give them the best experience possible and have been told by my employers that I am particularly adept at this. Since being at the company it has allowed me to work on my progression trying to improve my targets and I have recently been trained to provide the brow treatments on the counter. This has given me the opportunity to have a closer interaction with the customers being able to connect and promote customer loyalty which is what I love about retail the most.
