I worked with Rebecca for just over 4 years at Major League Marketing & Events, where she was our Events Manager. Rebecca has an amazing ability to manage every aspect of events with meticulous detail. From production to staffing, from financials to marketing. She is a fantastic communicator and led staff and volunteers with precision. Rebecca also provided valuable insight to our marketing and communications around each event. She has the ability to work autonomously and always provides deliverables on time. She worked well with the rest of the Major League team and was well respected by all of our clients, exhibitors and sponsors. Rebecca is a high achiever in all that she undertakes. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Rebecca to any potential employer.

In 2011 Detective Senior Constable Damian Leeding was tragically killed in the line of duty. I was approached by the Gold Coast Titans on behalf of the former Assistant Commissioner Mr Paul Wilson to provide professional guidance and manage a benefit lunch in the honour of Damian and to raise funds for Queensland Police Legacy and raise awareness for Donate Now. In a matter of weeks I worked extremely closely with Queensland Police Service including Damian's colleagues at Coomera Police Station, Damian's family and Jupiters Hotel & Casino to produce the largest corporate event Jupiters had hosted with over 1100 guests attending the lunch. No doubt this event has been my biggest achievement to date. It was a very challenging event to work on for a number of reasons due to the sensitive nature of the circumstances. I had never worked with, or previously met a number of my colleagues and based on a similar brief of the Titans Charity Ball I produced a benefit lunch, twice the size in seven weeks. - Produce the overall action sheet; run sheet and MC scripts. - Attend weekly WIPS to provide progress reports and feedback on ideas developed. - Assist in negotiating, booking and coordinating logistics of entertainment including MC Karl Stefanovic, comedian Darren Carr, Lee Kernaghan, Queensland Band of Blue, co host Pat Welsh, sporting stars Peter Moody, Laura Getz, Preston Campbell, Craig Lowndes, Wally Lewis and Mick Doohan. - Coordinate fundraising activities including a live stage auction, silent auction and major table raffle. - Liaise and work closely with audio production and theming stakeholders.
