  Rebecca directed the design, delivery, management and evaluation of corporate sponsorship / governance mentoring and training programming for small and mid-sized arts organizations from across Canada (artsVest), working with more than 500 art administrators each year.She successfully scaled the provincial program to achieve national reach in less than 18 months, growing participation and access by more than 500% (2016 - 2017).She successfully recruited and engaged a roster of more than 50 highly skilled professionals as volunteer mentors.She adopted innovative software and technologies to aid the program's expansion, accessibility and reach.
