• Created and implemented an autonomous and preventive maintenance system for +70 operational equipment, by benchmarking against top P&G Latin American plants and reapplying best practices to minimize maintenance costs; preventive and corrective maintenance activities executed by third parties were reduced by 80%, reducing the warehouse budget by 35%.• Led the process of establishing new roles, assigning new responsibilities, and creating capabilities for +35 technicians; as a result, 100% of the warehouse operators were trained to execute autonomous and preventive maintenance activities reducing the total number of tasks executed by third parties.• Designed a raw and pack material stocking and replenishing strategy supported by a logistics multi-parameter tool which diminished costs and increased productivity and efficiency rates; productivity rates were raised by 29% with an increase in operating equipment availability and reliability.• Exceeded expectations during execution of both projects by leading Guatire’s warehouses to become the benchmark for P&G Latin America manufacturing plants in terms of maintenance and replenishing/stocking practices.
