Within the project "Contagion of Hope: serving Lombardy's Poor and Vulnerable during the Covid-19 Outbreak" Caritas Ambrosiana, in partnership with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and faith-based partners provided food, shelter and hygiene supplies to people most vulnerable to the COVID-19 outbreak in Lombardy, thanks to a 3 million USD funding from USAID. As Finance & Partner Manager, my role was to define, implement and monitor budgetary, financial and accounting procedures and operations for this project, while managing the relationships with the eighteen local partners involved, also including support and training on Donor's regulations and compliance requirements.
