      I manage the pre-award administration department as an executive team member and work with investigators to develop competitive proposals in response to new and ongoing funding opportunities and a state, foundation, and federal level. Project success include greater community trust in public institutions, leading to vaccination of nearly 200,000 people.• Oversaw several successful proposals that have delivered $50.2 million in programmatic funding across high-priority areas including gun violence, early childhood intervention, and infectious disease. Scope included conducting needs assessments for target populations as well as leading coordinated efforts with other institutions for nationally scaled projects, always ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities.• Optimized service delivery across the Cook County HIV Integrated Program’s (CCHIP) 20 sites, 350 employees, and $18 million in public funding; delivering better patient outcomes wherein 87% of respondents rated the quality of care as better than other clinics and expanded access to care in historically under served communities by 22%.
