Partnerships, Events & Operations // Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. • Supported the account management of 33 international race partners (Official Suppliers, Host Ports, Team Partners and Fleet Partners). • Assisted in the strategic planning, logistics and delivery of over 200 events and partner activations at international race stopovers (China, South Africa, South America, Australia and the US). • Responsible for the organisation of public engagement and business networking events at stopovers, requiring the management of volunteer teams and local vendors/suppliers. • Managed the creation and distribution of marketing and confidential race update emails to key race stakeholders using Photoshop and email marketing software. Oversaw the production of the Partnerships 2017-18 Race video. • Led the collection and analysis of stopover attendee data, reporting on the economic impact and valuation for partners. • Managed the order, delivery and distribution of sponsored clothing for 700+ crew members, regularly accommodating for shortcomings and delays. • Conducted research into CSR and sustainability initiatives encompassing the company, race crew and supporters. • Collaborated with the operations team for site builds, and oversaw host port logistics, including on-site security and accreditation. • Assisted the brand marketing team on the creation and delivery of branded graphics for both the Clipper Race and Invictus Games yachts. • Undertook various administration duties, including the creation of partner visa invitation letters and the applications for staff international visas.
