For my work experience I went on tour with Strictly Co, my main jobs were to iron or steam the costumes, wash any costumes, repairing, quick changes and ensuring all the costumes were packed away at the end. This was for one of my projects at college, we had to interpret and make costumes for the production of King Lear. We then went on tour with them making sure the costumes were upkept and repairing them if needed. This really boosted my confidence and helped me to understand what was needed for working on a show, it made me aware of the time and helped me to manage my time better. I spent 1 week in working in an Italian school working with children 6-12. My role involved organising lesson plans for sports, arts and crafts as well as drama. The experience really boosted my confidence levels as well as my organisational skills whilst improving my communication skills.
