  Spearheaded school’s STEM program in 2014 and designed and built the school's maker space. Currently run the maker space, equipped with laser cutter, 3D printers, Lego robotics, Arduino. Teach basic programming in Scratch. Lead professional development on STEM topics, helping educators integrate STEM into their classrooms. Also train teachers to use maker space tools.Lab coordinator for elementary school science lab. Lead weekly inquiry-based, experiential lessons on all science topics. Work with classroom teachers to integrate lab periods with classroom skill development for grades K-5. Teach 6th grade earth/physical science.Write grants for new STEM equipment, training and programming. Run community-wide STEM Day programs 2x/year, coordinating student engagement, parent involvement, and community investment.
