Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with various business sectors such as; Computing, Telecommunications, Financial, Gaming, and Further Education ProvidersThe overall aim of the CSE role is to provide fast and effective responses to the demands of current and prospective customers and to co-ordinate internally and externally as necessary. This includes the scheduling of client projects and diary management of delivery teams, potentially on a global scale. As well as providing administrative support to our consultants and clients I deal with all aspects of training logistics, material formatting and production, and CRM system management.
