  Responsible for annual Federal and State Toxic Release Inventory calculations, thresholding, and reporting, and Green House Gas (GHG) Reports. Responsible for benchmarking and development of calculation improvement plans and emission reduction opportunities: Reduced 2012 site VOC emissions by 25 tons by refining calculation accuracy; 2013 Fuel Gas restatement efforts resulted in net reduction in operations expenses and taxes of $662M and site GHG fuel gas reduction of 3%. Responsible for development and stewardship of 2012 Environmental Business Plan as part of Capital Planning process. Key interface with regulatory agencies, including Hurricane Isaac EPA response and Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) 2013 Audit. Responsible for development and site implementation of circuit emissions estimation database, driving calculation methodology synergies within ExxonMobil circuit. Led Chalmette activities and engagement for U.S. Refining & Supply MSDS Update Project to implement Global Harmonization. Environmental Department Site Lead on: Loading (MACT-R, NSPS XX, and NESHAPS BB), Tanks (NSPS K, Ka, Kb, MACT CC, NESHAPS F & G), Asphalt Processing (NSPS UU), and Organic Liquid Distribution (OLD) MACT. Coordinated 2013 ExxonMobil SHE Compliance Assessment (CA) with significant improvement compared to the 2010 SHE CA: repeat findings improved from twenty-one (21) to three (3) for 2013 assessment. Responsible for SHE portion of 2012 ExxonMobil External Refinery Operations Audit, and 2014 Operations Internal Audit for Green House Gas, working diligently with Controls Advisor and Hydrocarbon Measurement Program (HMP) Coordinator to address and resolve potential deficiencies, resulting in no Green House Gas (GHG) specific findings. Represented Chalmette at 2013 ExxonMobil Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Conferences as President, Chalmette Refining Women’s Interest Network (WIN) and I&D Pioneer; featured in Women in Energy article in New Orleans Times Picayune.

  Responsible for day to day permitting, interaction with Regulatory Agencies to ensure permits are processed in a timely manner and resolution of questions, as well as communication of permit stipulations to Business Line. Provide Regulatory guidance through participation on Business Line Teams and Integrated Project Teams, verifying that activities were covered in current permits, or permit as necessary to ensure compliance. Responsible for Title V Permit and Compliance Certification for Storage Tanks and Loading, including regulatory review of over 100 sources at the facility and development and completion of comprehensive compliance assurance document. Coordinated comprehensive review of site for NSPS QQQ, submittal of Compliance Review Report to EPA, and development and execution of the NSPS QQQ Project to move into compliance. Steward Tank Inspection Program, including repairs and reporting of deficiencies through regulatory reports and Coordinate Compliance Testing on Tanks, Boilers, Heaters, Flares, and Atmospheric Vents.
