  I am responsible for the hardware/software operating systems for all offices. Liaising with providers to overcome problems, up-grading & bringing new ideas for improving systems to the Partners. Provide similar assistance in respect of the business telephone system. To undertake the majority of purchasers on behalf of the Partners - office machinery, computer kit, copiers and stationery. Negotiate/compare prices & make suggestions for change. To manage/operate new website. To process incoming survey leads, making appointments and typing reports. To oversee and participate with general sales/lettings secretarial work. To assist the Office Manager/Accountant with staffing and work issues, be it via training of others or sharing skills.
