      During my time at OrderWise, my roles and responsibilities mean that I continually had a very close working relationship the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Sales Director daily and engaging with the CEO on a regular basis to provide feedback on the Sales Team and Business Development Teams performance. I was entrusted to support the Sales team with administrational tasks, ensuring pipelines were accurate and up to date, as well mentoring and motivating the team wherever required. My understanding of different technologies platforms is vast due to using many solutions at OrderWise for different functions, such as MS Teams, Sharepoint, OrderWise ERP, Lead Forensics, ZoomInfo, Notion, which highlights my technical skill set. Due to this, I also had the opportunity for apprentices to shadow me as part of a local scheme, to which 2 individuals secured a position within the business long term. Show less
