I've had the chance to work closely with Rebeca at TE Connectivity, while she was in Mexico and then based in Brazil. As the head of HR for the Automotive division in the Americas I can say that she was one of the brightest talents I had the pleasure to work with. She never backs down from a challenge, no matter the circumstances, finds a way to deliver results, be a mentor and have a great customer focus. I wish she'd be open to relocate to CA so I can hire her immediately to lead my Supply Chain Organization.
