Not only was he promoted twice from a single-unit operator to a senior leader and then multi-unit operator, he was deservingly selected as one of ten employees for our first internal education program geared towards high potential leaders. Henry is a strategic, deeply critical thinker, who can anticipate trends while maintaining highly disciplined execution.
