I first met Richard during a virtual networking event, after which we agreed to discuss our shared business interests. He was personable, good humored, respectful, and a pleasure to talk so, and so I invited him to hear me present

Nick Bradley FIoD (The Leaders Coach)

I recently contacted business owners for feedback on my latest coaching program. Richard is not only personable, knowledgeable, encouraging, and respectful but he offered multiple suggestions and listened intently to my description of the program.

Mike Isted MBE - CIWFM

After having recently established 5and20, a private Facebook Group, established to support Service men and women transitioning from the military to civilian life, a mutual friend of ours suggested that I interview Richard for a podcast. I am forever grateful for that recommendation. Let me ratify further. With no prior warning, Richard spoke comprehensively and eloquently about his background as a private infantry soldier, commissioning, transitioning to the Defence Medical Services, and establishing his own business. He offered clear advice to other Service leavers, which he subsequently repeated both in the Facebook Group, and on LinkedIn. In my opinion, Richard was self-effacing, respectful, humorous, and informative. He is clearly passionate about support the learning and development of others, particularly veterans. He will be an asset to this Group and in such a short time, has already established himself as a sage 'go-to'" by service leavers and veterans alike.
