Mike is a LabVIEW developer and architect with a ridiculous amount of talent and expertise. I had the pleasure of working with him at KLA. There, he was a lead in the software team responsible for the diagnostics software of a sister product. While always providing top-notch technical leadership he also drove improvements to processes and tools. For example, he introduced his team to agile planning tools from which my team also benefitted. I highly recommend Mike for any team needing a contributor or leader with expertise in LabVIEW architecture and development.

I have been lucky to work with Mike for almost a year now, and his LabVIEW expertise coupled with his management skills and teamwork spirit makes him an incredibly valuable lead software architect. Mike is one of the most dedicated professionals I have worked with. He is always willing to provide extra help whenever you need it, which motivates me to give my best. His technical, process, and one-on-one meetings are always to the point and incredibly effective. As a Scrum master, Mike is constantly finding ways to increase team collaboration and to make our team’s work more efficient by putting in place the best software and Agile practices. In a short period of time, Mike has put in place tools that have helped the team with issue tracking, project management, and code management. In terms of personality Mike his friendly, energetic, and passionate. He is dedicated to his work and always uses his critical thinking abilities to find various solutions to a problem. For all these reasons Mike is a great leader and has been a great mentor. Mike is an incredibly valuable asset to the team, and I highly recommend Mike as lead software architect.
