I was directly in charge of a cabin of 14-16 year old boys for a little over a week per group. Encouraged solidarity while enabling personal growth and development. When I wasn't with the cabin members exclusively I was teaching campers from all cabins different classes. In this position I acted as Counselor/Advisor, Coach, Disciplinarian, Swim Instructor, Boat Driver, and anything else to aid the kids.
