      Day to day management and development of Light into Europe which supports blind and deaf people to live independent lives in Romania. My main roles and responsibilities include:- Promotion & Awareness raising for the charity through networking at events.- Fundraising through events. We organise Scottish themed balls in Bucharest including silent & live auctions to raise funds.- Social media; I am responsible for managing the charity's social media accounts which have grown 200% since I took over.- Public speaking; I go to events including international schools and companies with Guide Dogs and speak about the life changing impact a guide dog can make including demonstrations!

      Managing the day to day activities of the Sports Academy as part of an NGO supporting street connected children, as well as planning and vision for future events. Organised the Ultimate Street Star Challenge 2013, A national street child football campaign to promote street children's rights and to select a team to represent Tanzania at the Street Child World Cup (SCWC) 2014. Responsible for taking Team Tanzania to the SCWC where they were crowned boys champions. Wide scale publicity on return to the country in local and international media.Manage BT Sport/Comic Relief grant developing football as a tool to reach vulnerable children. Includes organisation of street football session, school and academy sessions. We use football as a way of community development and a way of supporting children to no longer live on the street through regular contact, life skills sessions, art therapy. We ensure we monitor children closely and encourage them to leave the street.Also responsible for developing new working relationships of the academy with both local and international organisations including; British High Commission, British Council, International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS), Queens Park Rangers, Tanzania Football Federation, Pepsi. These collaborations help the reach of the project and aid in securing long term funding.
