I was responsible for the product strategy and design at a company that aims to help people eat well at work. Lunching is an online platform that lets employees order food and allows companies to set up a lunch subsidy, which I think is one of the best work benefits, all things considered. As the only designer on the team, I did all kinds of work, including product management, project management, workshop facilitation, web development, graphic and print design, research, and marketing. That’s the reality of a solo designer at a startup. My main focus, though, was to work closely with all of our teams to prioritize product initiatives, gather requirements, ideate solutions, design screens and prototypes, write documentation for devs, and test implementations. Recently, Lunching has been aquired by Benefit Systems. Work included webapp, several mobile apps, back office, and websites.

I collaborated with a business partner on our own UX agency. I was responsible for auditing products of our clients and helping them develop their businesses by establishing vision for their brand, defining strategy through workshops & research, and bringing it all to life with UX and UI design.I collaborated with a business partner on our own UX agency. Daily routine: - talk to Business to see what needs to be done, what are the requirements and restrictions, - come up with UX solutions—I work on final UIs, with disregard for wireframing, because Figma is a quick tool, I have a component system in place to speed things up, - refine the solutions in collaboration with Business and Devs. - check what UX debt can be resolved in small steps. I'm fortunate to have a great team of PO, Business, and Devs that make it really easy and quick to discuss solutions and work towards a common goal. We work in SCRUM. The deliverables: - final UI screens from Figma to Zeplin, - interactive prototype in Figma.

Worked on an online platform for international students. I was responsible for redesigning the core feature—application process. With a small team of great people we managed to get it down from few days & curator oversight to half an hour & user-only. Also, I prepared a robust design system to refresh and, more importantly, systematise the design process in the company. Worked on an online platform for international students. My duty was to help adults break their communication barrier and develop their language skills. No other job could have prepared me better to master the skill of communication, inquiry, and empathising with people's fears and constraints. I learned the skills needed as a designer: how to conduct workshops with clients, prepare strategy for products, produce UX wireframes and interactive prototypes, create UI design, and discuss different solutions. Also, my duties included testing new software, improving the company's workflow, and supervising a Junior UI Designer.
