Bio
Amparo Baviera-Puig
Raul Ramos has always been a very curious and restless person. Since he started his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, he has participated in the various professional development seminars that I have been organizing as Vice-Dean for Employment and Entrepreneurship. It is not normal for a student in the first years to attend these events. For this reason, Raul caught my attention from the beginning of his studies. During these events, I realized that Raul wanted to make the most of his undergraduate years, not only studying but also taking advantage of all the opportunities offered by the Faculty. Later, he told me that he was going on an international stay in the United States. An experience that, without a doubt, has made him grow as a person facing new situations and realities. While there, he participated in the selection process of the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) "European Creative Futures". He participated in the selection interview in spite of the time difference as if nothing happened. I was very happy to see that he was still as enterprising and proactive as ever. Obviously, he was one of the selected ones. I have never had him as a student but I got to see him in action during the BIP that took place in Oslo. As expected, his communication and teamwork skills were excellent. He cared about others and tried to make sure that the work developed was of the highest possible quality. In addition to these qualities, Raul is a person who is always smiling and in a good mood. He proved this to me during that intense week in which he did not lose his temper despite the large amount of work to be done. The final project that his group presented was very good. At the same time, he has shown me that he is a sensitive person who pays attention to the smallest details in his passion for photography. Undoubtedly, Raul is an enterprising, proactive person, eager to learn and improve, who knows how to communicate and work in a team with a big smile.

Project Manager at Hult Prize Competition, the world's largest social entrepreneurship competition and the "Nobel Prize for Students". In the 2023 edition in topic it was "Redesign fashion" where I not only learned a lot about this industry but also we proposed a viable solution to promote circularity in the fashion industry.
