  Reporting directly to the Corporate Industrial Director, the role places me at the heart of the business, leading and managing a full range of managerial activities, such as:• Analyze the demand and the capacity of each Productive Plant and its evolution, undertaking Planning Appraisals of all potential development sites and making recommendations to the Board on the prospects of achieving planning permission.• Define and improve of continuous form its Planning process and the definition of standard operating procedures that support all commercial operations.• Collaborate in the definition of Politics of production / inventor, facilitating and providing data to prepare all sales forecast and implementation of all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants• Responsible for the generation and supervision of the Planning of the production: Engineering, supply-chain, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, start up and testing, as well as the comissioing at customers facilities.• Supervises the management of stocks of finished product and raw materials.• Development in monthly and weekly basis of the Production Plan according to the supply forecasts. • Planning of the projects, in particular creating the structure plan, the schedule ( roadmap ), the definition and assignment of partial orders.• Monitoring and controlling of the project development phases, with full control on the test results, quality and project schedule.• Supervise all organization staff, either directly or indirectly through senior staff• Prepare department operations annual budget.
