• Malaysian Youth Parliament - P.032 Gua Musang Representative

  Under the banner of the UNDI 18 movement, the Malaysian Youth Parliament (Dewan Muda Malaysia) is a capacity-building program towards greater political participation amongst the youth in Malaysia. This 2-year program which is empowered by UNICEF would include extensive workshops, networking sessions, stakeholder engagements, ministerial assignments, and simulations of Malaysia's parliament. Out of 2196 candidates, 222 have been chosen and I've been selected as the representative for P.032 Gua Musang constituency, carrying out advocacy duties to address local issues in that rural locality of Kelantan, Malaysia. In addition to that, I've also been appointed as a member of one of the Ministry of International Trade clusters that focuses on understanding the ministerial scopes and needs of stakeholders, while receiving numerous assignments to amplify the takeaways.   From the 20th MASCA National Annual General Meeting (AGM), I got elected to the National office, serving 15,000 Malaysian students across Australia and working together with all 6 State & Territories chapters of MASCA. Under the patronage of Education Malaysia Australia (EMA), an agency under the Government of Malaysia through Consulate of Malaysia in Australia, we act as the peak student representative body, represent and serve the interests and welfare of the Malaysian student community in Australia. As the National Deputy Chairperson, along with my chairperson, we navigate the direction of MASCA as a whole to ensure that effective initiatives and events can be implemented to meet the needs of students through collaboration with various stakeholders such as government agencies, global student bodies and business organisation.   Undertook a voluntary internship during my semester break and was reporting under Factory Human Resource Manager of Nestlé Malaysia (Chembong Negeri Sembilan Malaysia). Assisting Human Resource Executive, I was responsible for recruitment, training and deploy management of factory operators to match the gap of workforce demand and supply that has not yet filled in for the previous 2 months. Upon completion of the internship, I had successfully interviewed, recruited and trained more than 50 operators in which saved the factory from losses due to under-operated before. Show less

  Co-founded a chain of pre-cooked food products across Malaysia under the brand - SALAI MASTER. It was an instant food with 100% no preservatives, cooked using the conventional smoking technique. It started off with a series of food pastes, and we later on introduced our signature product; Smoke Atlantic Blue Mackerel. Total accumulative sales over a span of 30 months were around RM218,000. More than 5000 of the signature product was delivered to customers. Our efforts benefitted 3 local employees starting from August 2018 to May 2020, and additional 4 employees starting from May 2020 to October the same year. The production of the food is temporarily halted starting November 2020 to put focus on Capital & Product Development. Show less
