- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. - Making estimations for timescales. - Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences. - Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required. - Organizing the transportation of materials. - Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems. - Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers and other professionals. - Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications. - Ensuring procedures are carried out safely. - Prepare technical & financial reports. - Prepare contracts with subcontractors. - Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages such as AutoCAD. - Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, MS Project & Primavera.
