Mechanical design and complex drawing elaboration of gas turbine engine components for various aerospace customers like Honeywell and GE. Globalvantage former branch of CDI in Mexico was an engineering services firm that provides design support to a variety of customers mainly in the aerospace industry Some of my activities were: 1. Manage a team of designers. Our task was to update complex drawing and math data (3D models) of aerospace components (gas turbine engines) affected by engineering changes requested by our customer. 2. Successfully established a process that enabled us to estimate time, level of complexity and manpower required to perform an engineering change order. The output of this process was a work package that was assigned to a designer based on his skills and availability with an accurate estimated time of completion so our customer could proceed to implement the change in an expected date. 3. Perform basic structural analysis using Ansys of gas turbine components. 4. Design tools used in maintenance or assembly and disassembly of gas turbines 5. Perform engineering change orders of engine components for several customers in the aerospace industry. 6. Create complex models and drawings applying and understanding GD&T for several customers in the aerospace industry. 7.
