Chez Lactalis, Raymond a conçu plusieurs modules avec Articulate, Vyond et outils intégrés dans le LMS Crossknowledge. Ces modules sont ludiques et multilangues. Il a démontré ses capacités techniques pour la conception de modules, ses compétences en gestion du projet de conception digitale et ses capacités pédagogiques pour expliquer simplement les sujets compliqués. Il est créatif, patient, perseverant et très efficace. Il appréhende vite les nouveaux sujets et sait les rendre ludiques et centrés sur l'objectif pédagogique.
