  This role that I began in, quickly grew as I had a thirst for knowledge of every aspect of the business. Throughout my time, I gained knowledge and experience and quickly became the "go to" man for any hurdles faced. The business is primarily involved in the waste industry, inter-site sludge tankering but have moved into vactor and high pressure jetting units used for the cleaning of tanks, chambers, digesters, and screening products. The specialist machinery are in house designed to extract rag and grit products from sludge. These machines can also be used in industries other than the waste. Currently I hold a valid HGV class one licence, confined space and rescue, high pressure jetting certificate, telehandler, tractor and forklift certificate to show I am competent in the use of all these machines. I assist in writing training modules for specialist machines and am currently training personnel to use this specially tailored equipment for the service we provide.
