  Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Food Security establishment in the 19x Middle Fly River communities. The program is focused on cultivating rice , cassava and yam as alternative to other local stapple food. Coordinate drought resistant grain and tuber crop varieties distribution_ Approach to mitigate food insecurity and adaptation to climate change along the Fly River Communities Coordinate , Design ,Plan and Implement Projects in the Mine Continuation Agreement (CMCA) communities. Provide support and assistance and actively work with the implementing partners (IP’s) in the project site.Actively work with program sectors in the organization, private sector and other relevant representatives to support programs and projects in impacted communities through effective coordination and taking lead to support project resource planning, decision making and able to communicate issues raised to the by communities. Adding to the role, am also in charge of the Field Base Operations comprising of daily coordination of Workplace Health and Safety in Compliance to OTML Safety Policies.
