I have known Ray Ribble for 20 years. We first connected in 2000 through the Western Michigan University SoCal Alumni Association. From our first encounter it was evident why Ray had been successful in his career. He had a profound understanding of software technology and complex business challenges. I had shared with Ray some of the development challenges my start-up firm had experienced and our relationship took off. Ray generously shared his insight with our management team and me, which helped our internal software development group enormously. We developed a strong friendship and I followed his success in China as he rejoined his original team of technology partners. Understanding the critical need for patient privacy in the hospital and healthcare industry, Ray's team set out to develop a comprehensive patient privacy solution that incorporated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies within this sector. With this SPHER was born, and thanks to Ray's result-driven 'road-map,' it is now leading the effort to support the strict HIPAA guidelines for Patient Privacy Protection and User Activity Monitoring.
