(Dependent on specific district) -Coordinator of Early Childhood (20-21 School Year): Wrote preschool expansion grant, received $2,876, 872. Responsible for all programming related to the Preschool Expansion Grant (PIRT, Community Specialist, Staffing, Master Teacher, Creative Curriculum, ECERS-3). Expanded from 5 half-day classes to 20 full-day classes. -Established an elementary and secondary reading committee; resulted in the implementation of the following reading intervention resources: Wilson Fundations, Just Words and Wilson Reading System; Lindamood Bell Talkies and Visualize/Verbalize -Calculated HS Class Rank and GPA; completed HS Master Schedule. -Increased compliance related to initial determination meetings and eligibility conferences from 6% to 100% in less than 2 years -Added $1,015,060 in revenue to the district by correctly completing Extraordinary Aid Report. -Extensive experience, more than 80 cases, with special education litigious matters -Developed 3 successful Alternative Education Programs -Created a highly regarded, researched based program (Inner-Bridge Crossing) to serve students with Autism Spectrum Disorders after first year in district: -Program saved the district more than $500,000 a year. -Created Transition program at High School, strong focus on Community Based Instruction (CBI); received tuition students from neighboring districts. Program continues to thrive. -Created a partnership with Care Plus, NJ Inc. (Care Plus is a comprehensive mental health agency); partnership enabled staff to link identified students/families to outside support. Show less
