1. Develop entire product qualification plan per requirements from customers as guideline. The qualification package includes:a) Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFMA)b) Process FMEAc) DOE (if applicable)d) Quality Control Plane) First Article submission (purchase parts)f) Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR & R)g) Process Sample Approval (PSA)h) Preparation of Serial Process Verification Run (SPVR)i) Serial Process Verification Run (SPVR)2. During project development stage, coordinate and ensure all quality requirements from customers documented and implemented . These involve the followings:a) Correspond with the customer for product quality requirement and specifications.b) Coordinate the preparations of all new project quality related documents and revision control, including both in-house and customers’ specifications e.g. drawings, DFMA, control plan, specification guide, limit sample template, QA inspection records etc.c) Coordinate on product qualification and sample/ product submission approval as well as product spec change handling.d) Review quality specifications, establish spec guide and provide training/ briefing to the line on quality requirementse) Develop quality specifications and requirements with external partner as well as quality improvement activities.f) Involve in qualifying and approving tool transfer & mass production as well as developing supplier quality / qualification plan.g) Coordinate supplier first article (FA) submission approval and provide training to IQA inspectors on FA inspection method and criteria.h) Develop incoming inspection / testing jigs / fixtures with support from relevant sections / departments / suppliers / customers.3. During mass production stage, responsible for new defect judgement, quality spec finalization, revision of in-process and outgoing control plan and handling on correspond to any customer complaint & feedback.
