For 2017 lead the review of Regimen of Knowledge Transfer for our Engineers (Learning Road map of our engineers)3. Recruit and On-boarding of newly hired engineers. From 2016 to 2017, lead the screening and interview of more than 50 candidates to get the 15 engineers that we require.4. Leads issue resolution for Facilities and Equipment team by using the 8 Disciplines Problem Solving Method. Ensures issues are closed on time by follow ups and review the 8D of the issues raised.5. Certified Facilitator/Trainer - conducted Action Based Learning for Stakeholder Engagement, Business Communication for FO Data from 2014 to 2016.Leadership and other Trainings6.
