Liaison officer to the Commanding General of the Civilian Police Assistance Training Team from the Commanding General of Multi-National Forces, IraqOrganized strategy meetings between Allied Forces general officers that resulted in the Iraqi Police in Al Anbar Province receiving millions of dollars in construction funds and equipment, and establishing a ten million dollar Iraq Police Training Center in Al Anbar Province.Supervised transportation and delivery of a seven million dollar pay roll from the Bank of Iraq to Al Anbar Province police units on six separate occasions.Military Legislative Assistant to Delegate Ben Blaz (R-Guam)Served as a Military Legislative Assistant to Delegate Ben Blaz,; , House Armed Services Committee.Assisted Congressman Blaz with defense matters relating to military facilities and installations, procurement issues, and armed services end-strength.Made recommendations concerning Military Construction projects and helped to get them inserted into the Defense Authorization Bill.
