I had the pleasure of working with Rayleen for the past several years at Kaplan Business School, and 'Insightful' is the word that comes to mind when I think about Rayleen's indispensable contribution to the business. I've seen Rayleen go above and beyond in ensuring that all policies and processes within the business were reviewed, recalibrated, actioned and evaluated continuously. In particular, I was always in awe of Rayleen's ability to unpack any situation from various points of view, which in turn always challenged employees status quo thinking. Rayleen is also passionate about her employees' professional growth, which is seen in her patient mentorship approach to any new staff members, which made us all feel valued and appreciated. Any employer would be lucky to have Rayleen as a leader.
