Our catering services, SeaGreen Catering brings you fresh ingredients from land and sea and uses wild foods and artisan foods to form unique dishes for your events, and parties. We also specialise to cater in unique venues such as lighthouses and castles, targeting holiday lets for group parties or intimate venues.   After several years of practical work experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, cooking, and online/print media I set up Keel Lodge B&B and Keel Catering. At Keel Lodge B&B I restored this once old fishing and hunting lodge on Lough Mask to form a rustic retreat in idyllic surrounds (SAC) for those who love the outdoors. Keel Catering is a catering and event managment company that provides food and a top-notch service for private and public events. I established this business in 2007 and offer unique menu choice and can organise your event from start to finish. Keel Catering also compliments Keel Lodge B&B cusine. In 2012 Sea Green Cafe was established to provide a mobile food service. This business can take me anywhere, but mostly we cater for music festivals, open-markets, and events.
