  Personal Sales Department: My time in the Personal Sales Department was an invaluable experience. I was tasked with gathering sales and promoting the bank's products, specifically focusing on personal loans and mortgage loans. This role taught me the importance of effective communication and relationship-building in the world of sales. I learned how to present financial products to potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that align with their financial goals. Trade Department: Working in the Trade Department was a particularly enriching experience. I was involved in the process of issuing letters of credit and facilitating Islamic legal transactions with vendors. This experience enhanced my understanding of international trade finance, regulatory compliance, and the intricacies of conducting transactions in accordance with Sharia principles. Branch Operations: My exposure to branch operations gave me a comprehensive view of the front-end operations of the bank. I learned about customer interactions, account management, and the day-to-day functioning of a retail banking branch. This experience deepened my understanding of customer service and the critical role it plays in building trust and loyalty among clients. Credit Department: My time in the Credit Department allowed me to dive into the essential process of credit analysis. I gained insights into evaluating customer creditworthiness, assessing risk factors, and determining suitable loan amounts.
